Glen Clarke is a Managing Director within North Point’s Consumer Group and leads the firm's Food and Beverage practice. Glen is a senior investment banker with 25+ years of significant transaction and advisory experience providing general corporate finance and M&A advice primarily to food and beverage companies across a variety of industry verticals and formats. Glen joined North Point from Baird where he was a Managing Director in the Chicago office, leading the firm's Food and Beverage Investment Banking practice. Before joining Baird, Glen spent time at Duff and Phelps, Brown Gibbons and Lang (BGL) and KeyBanc Capital Markets, where he was a Managing Director and Principal responsible for heading up the firm's Food and Beverage investment banking practice. Prior to BGL, Glen spent 16 years at Bank of Montreal Harris Bank, where in his last role he was as a Managing Director and Head of the Diversified Food Group within Bank of Montreal's Investment Banking Group. Glen received his M.B.A. from DePaul University and his B.A. from Villanova University.

Taso Skalkos is a Managing Director at North Point focused on the Food and Beverage sector. He has nearly 20 years of investment banking and M&A experience in the Consumer space. Taso has led transactions for food and beverage companies across a wide range of verticals within the industry. Prior to joining North Point, Taso was a Managing Director at Raymond James, where he worked within the Food & Beverage practice of the Consumer & Retail Investment Banking Group. Before joining Raymond James, Taso worked in the Consumer Investment Banking Group at Alantra and prior to that, Stifel. Taso received his B.A. from Harvard University.

Tim Lynch is a Principal in North Point’s Consumer & Retail Group, providing investment banking and M&A advisory services to Food and Beverage companies with a farm-to-fork focus across the food value chain. He is based in the firm’s Chicago office. In his career, Mr. Lynch has worked on sell-side M&A transactions and corporate finance assignments, including 20+ M&A transactions in the Food and Beverage category. He has advised industry-leading companies such as ParkerProducts, Popcornopolis, good2grow, Noble Foods, Good Source Solutions and Rayberns, among many others. Prior to joining North Point, Mr. Lynch worked in investment banking leadership roles with William Blair, Robert W. Baird and JP Morgan. Mr. Lynch graduated from Miami University of Ohio with a B.S. in Finance and Accounting.
